This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Process reservations through phone calls, emails, or in-person requests. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Proficient in front desk operations and hotel software systems. Exceptional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations. Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; bilingual skills are a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
