Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about hotel services and responding to guest inquiries. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy. Assist guests with special requests and address any concerns or issues that may arise during their stay. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services, including housekeeping and maintenance. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance the guest experience. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not required. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
