Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome. Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using our booking system. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the front desk area. Experience Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with Google Workspace for document management and communication is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
