Front Desk Agent Holiday Inn Nashville Airport 2864 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked. Utilize QuickBooks for managing invoices and financial transactions. Coordinate calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events. Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities to enhance guest experiences. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service role; previous front desk or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software; computer literacy is essential.
