We’re now looking for a Front Desk Agent who can work either AM or PM shifts to join our welcoming and dynamic team. This is your chance to be the first face of the new Countrypolitan—offering exceptional service to guests from around the world while working in a stylish, music-inspired environment.

Front Desk Agent:

Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations, pre-arrivals, and group check-ins Offer personalized local recommendations (the hidden gems only locals know!) Handle guest concerns with urgency and care Process payments accurately and securely Promote additional services and amenities Complete check-outs and ensure all charges are accounted for Communicate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences Flex between morning or evening shifts, based on business needs

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly and confident personality Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work AM or PM shifts as needed Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience is a plus Come be part of something new—and something special. to join the Countrypolitan team and help define the next chapter of Nashville hospitality.

Qualifications:

College Degree Hotel Front Desk experience preferred Experience with hotel reservations software Experience with Microsoft Windows Outgoing and friendly demeanor, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete guest satisfaction Positive, upbeat demeanor Excellent communication and organizational skills Team-oriented Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time Ability to lift 20 lbs. on occasion
