Front Desk Agent (Part-Time) Hilton BNA Nashville 2 Terminal Drive, Nashville, TN 37214
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with luggage and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist with night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Handle guest requests for additional amenities or services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling phone etiquette
- Strong knowledge of guest services and front desk operations As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
