Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Schedule, including weekends and holidays) Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages. Assist in night audit procedures as required. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest relations. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with hotel operations and night audit processes is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A passion for providing outstanding guest services and enhancing the overall guest experience.
