4th Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37219 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to oversee the reservation operations at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and exceptional guest service skills. This role is crucial in ensuring that our groups/guests have a seamless booking experience while maximizing occupancy rates and revenue for the hotel. Responsibilities Oversee the reservation process, including booking, modifications, and cancellations. Maintain accurate records of reservations and ensure that all systems are updated promptly. Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest relations and improve overall satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries regarding accommodations, amenities, and services in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of service. Qualifications Proven experience in hotels, preferably in a reservations role. Strong understanding of guest services and front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
