Guest Service Associate Germantown Inn 1218 6th Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37208 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer inquiries efficiently. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Process payments using cash registers and POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling. Maintain knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote hotel services effectively. Stock and organize lobby areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Conduct product demos for guests interested in hotel offerings or promotions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is essential. Experience using cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
