Hotel Front Desk Supervisor CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Front Desk Agent for the My Town Extended Stay hotel located at 1271 Antioch pike Nashville, Tn 37211. When joining our team, you will be joining a company who prides themselves with providing exceptional guest service, recognizing our associates as our best asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners. Our front desk agent will : Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service. Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper. Answer all client questions and incoming calls. Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages. Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Position Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent , you are the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll be responsible for creating a positive and memorable check-in/check-out experience, assisting with guest inquiries, and supporting the overall operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle guest inquiries Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Process payments and maintain accurate records using property management systems Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest requests and room readiness Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience a plus Previous front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Comfortable working with computers and reservation systems (experience with PMS system, e.g., Opera, is a plus) Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
