The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in processes efficiently. Provide information about services offered. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Solid customer service skills to foster positive interactions with guests. Must be 18+ to work at Whiskey Cowgirl due to the late night hours required for this position.
