The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing and computerizing guest information. Assist with calendar management for appointments and meetings as needed. Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution. Support office management tasks as required. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred. helpful TABC Preferred (will assist in obtaining in first 30 days) Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in office software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail, particularly in filing and document management.
