Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, creating a memorable first impression. Seamlessly handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments using Marriott’s reservation systems. Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions tailored to each guest’s interests. Serve as the go-to resource for all guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a flawless, luxurious guest experience. Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver thoughtful touches and surprises. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and a gracious, can-do attitude at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous front desk, concierge, or guest services experience in a luxury or boutique hotel setting preferred. A natural host — someone who genuinely loves connecting with people and delivering exceptional service. Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and experiences (or the enthusiasm to quickly learn!). Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Comfortable with hotel property management systems and technology. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
