We are looking for a Front Desk FLEX agent that is capable of working a variety of shifts including 7a-3p & 3p-11p & 11p-7a Paid weekly!!•Starting Pay depending on experience and ability to be flexible Strong ability to multitask required Weekends and night availability required; There is not a set schedule Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Performs all Front Desk related functions including but not limited to checking guests in and out, promoting company loyalty programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, problem resolution, etc. May also assist with set up breakfast which may include food preparation, set up, service. Requires ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly. Requires the ability to relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner. Requires the ability to pay attention to detail and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Requires thorough knowledge of Best Western Plus policies and procedures. Requires the ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines in normal day to day activities. Must be willing to and have the ability to work alone as scheduled.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent required 2 year minimum experience in a high volume hotel front desk position required. Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task be detail-oriented and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers. Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Must work well in stressful high pressure situations. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary. Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the issues raised by co-workers and guests. Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions. Ability to perform numerical operations using basic counting adding subtracting multiplying and dividing Ability to read comprehend and write simple instructions and/or short correspondence and memos Ability to use logic to define the problem collect information establish facts draw valid conclusions interpret information and deal with abstract variables for unique or unfamiliar situations Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays Ability to work well with others and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
