The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle reservations and provide information about room availability, rates, and amenities. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform night audit duties as required, including balancing accounts and preparing reports. Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages accurately. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse guests. Proficient in phone etiquette and familiar with phone systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
