Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience. Manage guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries via phone systems, email, or in-person, ensuring prompt and courteous responses. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily transactions. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide guests with relevant information. Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold high standards of guest relations by being attentive to guest needs and preferences. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hotel management is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with resort operations and night audit procedures is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
