The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various channels. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Proven experience in guest services or customer service roles, preferably within the hotel industry. Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hospitality management principles and practices is advantageous. Experience with night audit procedures is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
