Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our overnight team. This role combines front desk customer service with end-of-day accounting tasks to ensure a smooth night operation.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight inquiries Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions and reconcile revenue reports Generate and distribute daily management reports Monitor hotel safety and security during the overnight hours Prepare the breakfast area for morning service (if applicable) Communicate effectively with the morning shift to ensure a smooth handover
Qualifications:
Hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and good with numbers Proficient with computers; experience with a PMS is a plus Able to work independently and responsibly overnight Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
