Front Desk Agent Hilton Brentwood / Nashville Suites Do you have a passion for helping others? Can you win over anyone and everyone? Do you instinctively pick up on the feelings of others? If your answer to those questions is an enthusiastic “YES” then you may be the person we’re looking for to join the team as a Front Desk Agent at the Hilton Suites in Brentwood. As a Front Desk Agent, your regular tasks will include:
- Greeting guests in person and on the phone, delivering world class service with a smile
- Solving other people’s problems: owning, addressing and correcting guest concerns

Job Details:
- $16 an hour

Basic requirements:
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies
- Required to use computers and communication systems
- Required to read, write and understand English
- Cash Handling position
