Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk- Franklin,TN Hotel Solutions Franklin, TN 37064 Hotel Solutions is currently hiring an experienced Night Auditor for a respected hotel property in Franklin, TN. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working overnight shifts independently. Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience is required . Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Operate phone systems effectively, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate departments. Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner. Requirements Previous experience in hotel hospitality or customer service roles is required. Knowledge of hotel operations and familiarity with hospitality management principles is required. Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing exceptional service. Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment with excellent phone etiquette. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
