Part-Time/Full-Time Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Manage front counter operations, including processing transactions and handling customer inquiries, handling cash, running VR station, pin chasing and other duties as required
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests
• Support and engage with the local community and our loyal bowlers
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
• Handle high volume periods with efficiency and professionalism
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive and energetic attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in supporting and engaging with the community
