Resort Services Supervisor OWA Parks & Resort Foley, AL 36535 DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all areas of responsibility are cleaned and sanitized to standard Supervise and mentor employees on your team Project professionalism at all times Work to keep team morale high Ensure all tools and materials are kept in good working order and properly stored at the end of each shift Report any personnel or property issues immediately to management Ensure your team has all tools and materials needed on a daily basis Clean and sanitize all assigned restrooms Ensure all trash in assigned areas is pulled and maintained May utilize equipment such as pressure washer and blower Promote a healthy, safe, & hazard free workplace Keep department inventory levels at par Stock Park Services closets with inventory Ensure the park and RD&E areas are clean and ready prior to opening each day Other duties as assigned including some turf care and maintenance and painting
