Hotel Hospitality Rooms Division Manager- 2+yrs Exp Required Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort and Spa at Grand National 3700 Robert Trent Jones Trail, Opelika, AL 36801 Rooms Manager Join our team and lead with purpose in a dynamic hospitality environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rooms Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Front Office, Housekeeping, and Laundry departments. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll play a strategic role in delivering outstanding guest experiences, maximizing financial performance, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support daily operations in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Laundry. Collaborate with department heads to align goals with hotel-wide strategies and service standards. Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, guest service, and operational efficiency through inspections, coaching, and accountability. Drive financial performance through effective cost control, staffing optimization, and budget oversight. Engage with guests to resolve issues and elevate their overall experience. Lead training, development, and performance feedback for team members to promote a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in hotel operations, particularly in Front Office and Housekeeping. Strong understanding of hotel financials, budgeting, and staffing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Hands-on approach with a commitment to team development and guest satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours and step into operational roles when needed.
