Front Office Supervisor – Courtyard Huntsville University Drive
Courtyard Huntsville University Drive is looking for our next Front Office Supervisor! We are currently undergoing a complete hotel renovation, set to be completed by mid-May this year. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team during a period of transformation and growth.

Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest service. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage front desk operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Lead, train, and supervise the front desk team, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
Engage with guests in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance as needed.
Monitor room occupancy, compile reports, and provide financial insights to senior management.
Manage the front desk budget and office supplies, optimizing resources and efficiency.
Hire, onboard, and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of excellence in hospitality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality office management, front desk supervision, or a similar leadership role.
At least 1 year of prior hospitality experience is required.
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic bookkeeping skills are a plus.
