The General Manager will be responsible for leading an amazing, established team in an award winning portfolio of lifestyle hotels, rooftop bards, and restaurants located in some of the country’s best cities to hang out. We are looking for someone with personality, experience, and drive to contribute to the continued success of this luxury property. Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a strategic plan for the hotel that aligns with the company’s vision and goals. Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and exceed guest expectations.

Guest Experience:

Foster a culture of exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences for guests. Regularly review and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

Financial Management:

Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring all departments work seamlessly together. Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency throughout the hotel.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to attract new guests and retain existing ones. Collaborate with the sales team to drive group bookings and corporate partnerships.

Community Engagement:

Act as a brand ambassador for the hotel within the local community. Establish and maintain positive relationships with local businesses, organizations, and government authorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred Proven experience in hotel management, with a track record of success in a leadership role. Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and financial management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of industry trends and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Education and Experience:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality or related field; or, equivalent training and experience.
