We’re a family-run business that takes pride in our amazing team, warm environment, and commitment to water safety and childhood development. Position:

General Manager Pay:

Starting at $20/hour + performance bonuses (Could lead up to $22/hour total)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of front desk and pool staff Support and train team members to maintain high standards Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care Work closely with the owners to improve systems and efficiency Monitor staff scheduling and class capacity Maintain clear communication between front desk, instructors, and supervisors Ensure the facility stays clean, organized, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of management or supervisor experience (preferred in service, childcare, education, or fitness) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Experience with scheduling software or customer management systems is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is mandatory
