We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our limited service hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel departments while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. Duties Lead and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Develop and implement effective strategies for guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability. Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies and brand standards. Maintain effective communication with staff at all levels to foster a positive work environment. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage guest inquiries and reservations. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates. Must have valid identification Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
