Live-In Hotel Manager:

Overseeing daily operations: Managing front desk, reservations, concierge, and customer service.

Ensuring guest satisfaction:

Addressing guest needs, handling complaints, and providing excellent service.

Managing staff:

Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating employees.

Maintaining property:

Overseeing maintenance functions, ensuring cleanliness, and addressing any issues promptly.

Budgeting and financial management:

Managing hotel budgets, controlling expenses, and tracking financial records.

Marketing and sales:

Promoting the hotel, implementing marketing strategies, and driving revenue.

Emergency response:

Being available and prepared to handle any emergencies or issues that arise on-site.

Ensuring compliance:

Adhering to health and safety regulations and other relevant laws.

Other duties:

May include organizing events, managing inventory, and ensuring security.

Skills and Qualifications:
