We are located in the heart of Tampa’s SOHO district We’re looking for a talented FOH Manager to lead our front-of-house team! At LALA Tampa, we aim to wow our guests with a combination of mouthwatering cuisine, lively entertainment, and a high-energy atmosphere. Our menu features a creative fusion of Modern American, French, and Mediterranean flavors, delivering a dining experience unlike any other. As the FOH Manager , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors. While focusing on welcoming guest and optimizing the floor, you’ll be leading a passionate team and supporting them in delivering exceptional service, all while maintaining a smooth, efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to provide impeccable service. Regularly train staff to follow our procedures, steps of service and upselling techniques. Ensure everyone is knowledgeable about the food and drink menus. Optimizing the reservations & seating capacity. Respond to private event requests Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service flow, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. Act as a liaison between guests and kitchen, handling any concerns or special requests. Maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. Manage guest interactions, fostering lasting relationships and encouraging repeat visits. Ensure that each shift runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently at a high standard of service.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team. Experience managing a very fast-paced, high-energy restaurant. Mandatory knowledge using Toast POS and Opentable. Expertise in upscale service and guest relations, with a passion for hospitality. Knowledge (or eagerness to learn) about Modern American, French, and Mediterranean cuisine. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining exceptional service. Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
