As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, cultivating a culture of service and creativity, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the spirit of Le Mridien. Set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance. Guest Experience Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the implementation of service standards, personalized experiences, and swift resolution of any issues. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest interactions and exceed expectations. Financial Performance Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals. Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
