Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the General Manager in achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff supervision Support in training, coaching, and leading team members Ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Help execute events and promotions
Requirements:
Familiarity with Google Drive, Pop menu, Toast, and OpenTable Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Passion for hospitality and a collaborative mindset
