The Associate Hotel Director works in partnership with the HotelDirector to oversee the day to day operations of all hotel relatedareas of the ship. The Associate Hotel Director assists the HotelDirector in the strategic planning, financial forecasting, crewsatisfaction deliverables and overall guest satisfaction focus.
