We believe it’s the little things that make our customer’s visit unique and special. We like to hire sales associates who are willing to step out from behind the counter and get involved in our guest’s shopping experience (with a smile). Team members are also responsible for maintaining and merchandising a well-stocked, clean store. The essential hospitality standards must be used at all times: eye contact, smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, use the guest name and must be willing to do whatever it takes for the guests happy during their stay and want to return.
APPEARANCE AND GROOMING
All staff members are required to follow the guidelines set forth by company policy.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, ability to write simple correspondence, ability to effectively present one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other staff members of the organization and hospitality community.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished written, oral, or diagram form, ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations and ability to address customer personalities in various business situations.
EXPERIENCE
Retail sales experience preferred in a service environment. Understanding of customer service (with cashiering experience) in a retail environment.
