Hotel Cleaning Services Supervisor 305 Multiple SVC inc Miami Beach, FL 33139 Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Hotel Cleaning Services Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning services within a hospitality setting and proven supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards. Assign daily tasks and schedules for cleaners. Inspect work to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards. Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked appropriately. Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching or corrective actions as needed. Maintain accurate records of inventory, staff attendance, and cleaning logs. Enforce health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations. Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning services. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Good communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
