As the Hotel Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of skilledmaintenance personnel to repair and maintain plumbing, recreationalwater features, galley & laundry equipment, in addition to interiordécor such as floor & wall coverings, soft goods, and artisticelements of the resort. This role also requires the maintenance oftechnical systems within both the Hotel and Crew areas, as well asrefurbishment of all public and crew spaces to the higheststandard. You will be working closely with the Hotel Leadershipteam and reporting to the Chief Engineer and the HotelDirector.

• Accountable for maintaining the design integrity of the vessel asper New build delivery standard
• Meet and exceed compliance related to DNV, ILO, USPH, IPM, IMO,OPP, USDA, and EPA standards
• Audits logs and reports produced by ships service personnel
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance plan to ensureequipment and machinery is operating effectively
• In conjunction with the Hotel Director and Refurbishment ProjectManager, develop the refurbishment plan for all hotel areas
• Provide support for other Marine and Hotel divisions
