This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on various mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, electrical systems, and industrial mechanics, with a commitment to safety and quality. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and precision measuring instruments. Conduct stick welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications to equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to optimize machinery performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Adhere to safety protocols while working in compliance with industry standards. Assist in training junior staff or apprentices in maintenance procedures and best practices. Scheduling teams for different properties based on the need of the property. Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and industrial mechanics. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters. Experience with stick welding techniques is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. Military experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly while providing a safe working environment for all employees.

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Holidays Night shift On call Weekends as needed
