We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from the planning phase through to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily or hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
