As the Sandbar Manager at Key Colony, you will lead all aspects of the Sandbar’s daily operations, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. This leadership role is responsible for managing staff, optimizing procedures, upholding community standards, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach combined with strategic oversight to enhance the overall guest experience and operational efficiency of one of Key Colony’s most valued amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all daily operations of the sandbar, including setup, supervision, and closing procedures. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the sandbar and surrounding recreational areas. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage sandbar staff; provide coaching and performance feedback regularly. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently. Enforce all community rules and safety protocols Partner with maintenance and facilities teams to identify and resolve safety issues, repairs, or hazards promptly. Plan, coordinate, and support sandbar-related community events and seasonal activities. Monitor and manage supply inventories, place orders and maintain proper stock levels. Uphold and promote a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all sandbar functions.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, property management operations preferred. Proven experience in staff leadership and team management. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours based on operational needs.
Schedule:
Your standard work schedule will be 5 days per week, with 2 days off to be scheduled based on operational needs and mutual agreement.
