JOB DETAILS Description
Security Agents assist with arrivals, communicates all issues and concerns to the Security Director and the Resort Manager, and monitor security at the resort for unregistered guests, guest parking or other issues requiring attention all while providing excellent customer service.
Guest Interaction & Communication:
Greet visitors, vendors, and contractors, directing them to their destinations.
Obtain names and information from guests entering the resort.
Answer telephones courteously, relaying information to appropriate channels.
Handle guest questions, complaints, and concerns directly or escalate to the appropriate department.
Resort Oversight:
Drive the property to escort guests, monitor resort amenities for unregistered guests or issues
requiring attention.
Conduct routine checks of guest sites, noting deficiencies or maintenance issues, such as water, sewer, or parking problems.
Assist with noise complaints, parking enforcement, and other security responsibilities.
Monitor and report unusual occurrences, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Other Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the resort.
