In this role, you will support the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities Assist in managing hotel operations, including front desk activities, housekeeping, and maintenance. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction. Oversee the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies. Collaborate with the Human Resources department in hiring, training, and supervising staff members. Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor and manage hotel inventory and supplies to maintain operational efficiency. Implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services and enhance guest engagement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations. Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices. Experience in conducting night audits is a plus. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing guest interactions.
