Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive Convention Center, located on International Drive, within 10 minutes of Universal Orlando® Resort and SeaWorld® Orlando, is looking to welcome a Front Desk Supervisor to join the Front Office team!

Shift Pattern:

Full availability and flexibility

AM/MID/PM

shifts (Weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed)
Rate of pay: $20.53 per hour

What will I be doing?
Oversees front desk operations.
Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
Resolves customer complaints.
Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
