KeyResponsibilities:

Lead, direct and manage all hotel operationsincluding, but not limited to, budgeting and forecasting, strategicplanning, service initiatives, balanced scorecard performance, andcompany policy complianceRespond to guest inquiries and resolveconcerns with a focus on luxury service and ForbesstandardsChampion team member engagement and development across alldepartments-coaching, scheduling, evaluating, and recognizingleadership and frontline team membersOversee quality, operationalefficiency, standards compliance, guest satisfaction, and serviceand financial measurementsIdentify and correct gaps in performance,productivity, and efficiencySupport recruitment, interviewing, andtraining of top-tier hospitality talentActively participate inhotel-wide meetings and cross-functional initiativesWhat are welooking for?

Basic Qualifications:

Leadership experience in a Director level or Hotel Managerlevel role. 3+ years luxury experience. Demonstrated track record of successful team leadership andoperational excellence. Strong ability to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement,and financial performance.
