Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Major Responsibilities Provide outstanding guest service by ensuring a guest-friendly environment, excellent standards, and product knowledge. Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, handling all guest transactions in a legal and ethical manner. Understand and apply property safety and security procedures, ensuring a safe environment and contacting the leadership in emergencies. Foster positive relationships with company associates to maintain a healthy work environment. Full-time availability (32+ hours/week) with open availability, including weekends and holidays. Assists the FOM in overseeing the front desk operation, manage staff schedules, supervise front desk, bell, and van driver teams, and ensure department efficiency and customer satisfaction. Coordinate staffing, payroll, and inventory, collaborate with other departments, and participate in yield management and hotel news submissions. Experience/Education College degree in Hotel Administration; 1‐2 years hotel management/supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
