Resort F&B Manager Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort & Spa 2842 South Ocean Boulevard, Palm Beach, FL 33480 Drive Performance, Lead Service Culture, and Deliver Excellence at a Luxury Palm Beach Resort Resort F&B Manager Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa – Palm Beach, FL About the Role Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa is an oceanfront boutique resort in Palm Beach, recognized for its elevated dining and bespoke guest experiences. We are seeking a Resort F&B Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of our full-service food and beverage program, including Brandon’s Palm Beach, Mizu Sushi Bar, in-room dining, the bar and lounge, and all banquet and private event services. This role demands a manager who is equally committed to operational excellence and service distinction. You will be responsible for maximizing efficiency, labor productivity, scheduling accuracy, cost control, and financial performance across all outlets. At the same time, you will develop and reinforce five-star service behaviors by coaching teams to deliver warm, intuitive, and detail-driven hospitality consistent with Tideline’s luxury brand identity. Core Responsibilities Full-Spectrum F&B Oversight Manage day-to-day operations across all F&B venues: Brandon’s Palm Beach, Mizu Sushi Bar, in-room dining, the bar and lounge, and catered events Ensure consistent quality of service, food, and beverage offerings aligned with luxury brand standards Monitor staffing, service flow, table coverage, and guest pacing to balance guest satisfaction with efficiency Banquets and Private Events Oversee execution of weddings, corporate meetings, and social events Collaborate with Events and Culinary teams on planning, staffing, and service delivery Ensure seamless and elevated execution of every event Team Leadership and Service Culture Lead, train, and support all front- and back-of-house food and beverage staff Foster a high-performance culture rooted in hospitality, attention to detail, and accountability Maintain strong on-floor presence during peak service times and events Guest Experience and Issue Resolution Serve as a key point of contact for all F&B guest interactions Lead service recovery efforts and resolve guest concerns in real time Promote personalized and consistent luxury guest service across all touchpoints Operational and Financial Execution Oversee scheduling and labor management to meet business demand Assist with budgeting, P&L review, cost control, and financial forecasting Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs, identifying areas for savings and revenue growth Conduct regular walkthroughs and ensure operational readiness Collaboration and Innovation Partner with the Executive Chef on menu updates, seasonal promotions, and banquet offerings Work with Sales and Events on packages, planning, and execution for group business Collaborate with Marketing to promote F&B experiences and activations Compliance and Quality Control Ensure all F&B outlets are safe, clean, and compliant with local and brand standards Conduct routine inspections and maintain readiness for audits and health reviews What We’re Looking For 3+ years of F&B leadership experience in a hotel or resort setting Proven success managing restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquet operations at a luxury or lifestyle property Strong understanding of service standards, team development, guest experience, and hospitality systems Experience with budgeting, labor planning, P&L, and inventory controls Proficiency with POS systems, BEOs, and regulatory compliance Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications required Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred What Success Looks Like High-functioning food and beverage operations with minimal service issues Excellent guest feedback and consistently strong review scores Labor and expense controls aligned with department budgets Well-executed events and group functions with elevated client satisfaction Strong staff morale and adherence to luxury service standards Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage between $25 and $30 , depending on experience Eligible to participate in gratuities and/or service charges for banquet and events Full-time employment with medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and access to exclusive resort employee perks Join Our Team If you are an operations-driven F&B leader who takes pride in luxury service, execution, and team success, we invite you to be part of the next chapter at Tideline Ocean Resort & Spa in beautiful Palm Beach.
