54th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33714 The Front Desk Manager will assume supervision and leadership of the Front Desk team in accordance with objectives and standard practices provided by the hotel. This role is directly responsible for the front and back office. The Front Desk Manager will work directly with the General Manager and to ensure an efficient operation that provides levels of service that consistently exceed visitor, guest, and ownership expectations.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk team. 2. Train new associates in accordance with property standards. 3. Complete daily reports 4. Ability to work various shifts when needed 5. Complete daily deposits 6. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently. 7. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. 8. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. 9. Manage phone calls and respond to guest requests with professionalism. 10. Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest interactions.
