Position:

Guest Activities Supervisor. OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Guest Activities Supervisor. What will you be doing most days? Plan daily, weekly, and monthly special events/activities such as Dive In Movies, Cornhole Tournaments and live entertainment Serve as Guest Experience Champion planning events and motivating employees to provide memorable experiences for guests Create or review developed marketing pieces created by staff for electronic posting, and internal posting Assist guest with any off-site activities (including but not limited to restaurant recommendations, local events, activities in local and surrounding areas Provide information to guests of the hotel on restaurants, entertainment, tours, and local activities and events in the Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach areas Order supplies for guest activities such as poolside crafts Hire, Train and supervise Guest Activities Associates Write and maintain safety and administrative procedures for Guest Activities and Kids Club (to change) Monitor all social media channels for guest comments, request and/or reviews, respond accordingly. Create and publish content on all social media platforms Serve as one of Reputation Management leads responding to Medallia reviews, responding to Expedia, Trip Advisor, Google and Brand reviews. 50% of positive and 100% on negative. Physical Requirements for this Position This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time. Travel Requirements This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
