The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and pleasant stay while maintaining high standards of hospitality management. Duties Supervise front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes. Manage and train front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy, enhancing guest relations. Oversee the use of phone systems to ensure effective communication with guests and staff. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Implement hotel policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor front desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Book Group Blocks and LNR’s Qualifications Proven experience in guest services or hospitality management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting. Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including familiarity with hotel management software. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with guests and provide outstanding customer service. Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience in managing a team is preferred.
