Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year as a General Manager in the hotel industry.

Positive and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Management Style:
Supportive and hands-on leadership approach.
Technical Skills:
Competence in Word and Excel; ability to budget, understand P&L statements, and forecast accurately.
Flexibility:
