Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the Cambria Hotel Savannah Downtown Historic District. This is a Choice branded hotel, and the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in branded hotel operations, with a strong background in Food & Beverage management . The GM will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, driving revenue, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, engineering, and food & beverage. Deliver exceptional guest service scores and maintain brand standards. Drive top-line revenue and manage profitability through effective cost control. Cultivate a results-driven culture with a focus on training, team development, and accountability. Oversee F&B operations to ensure quality, consistency, and profitability. Maintain compliance with Choice brand standards, local laws, and safety regulations. Foster strong community relationships and represent the hotel within the Savannah market.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Operations Leader in a branded, full-service property. Strong Food & Beverage management experience is required. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic, high-expectation environment. Solid understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and budgeting. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
