Job Description

Hotel General Manager Confidential Atlanta, GA 30346 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Service Hotel General Manager (150+ rooms) to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences while managing staff and ensuring the hotel’s profitability. Duties Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service quality. Manage the hotel’s budget, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting. Supervise staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Collaborate with human resources for staffing needs and employee relations. Perform night audits as required to ensure accurate financial reporting. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including revenue management and customer service best practices. Proficiency in using phone systems and maintaining effective phone etiquette. Experience supervising staff with a focus on teamwork and employee development. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse guests.
